At the outset of your coaching relationship, he takes time to interview the people you work with most – bosses, peers, and direct reports. He asks them for their views on your leadership capabilities and currently limiting behaviors. Then he synthesizes this qualitative feedback into a powerful, anonymous, summary document that you explore together to gain vital insights into your areas of strength and development, some of which may be important blind spots for you. This work helps inform your action plan together.
