John uses the assessment instruments of The Leadership Circle(TLC) to establish a baseline for current leadership strengths and limitations for both individual executives and teams.

With TLC data in hand, John works with you to co-create a pragmatic plan to transform your leadership effectiveness.

Today, the field of leadership development is a fragmented collection of theories and practices. The Leadership Circle has taken the best of what has been learned over the last half century and woven it into the first Unified Theory of Leadership Development to arise in the field. The Leadership Circle Profile and the Leadership Culture Survey leverage this theory to create a complete and integrated view of individuals’ and teams’ leadership capability.

These self-limiting styles overemphasize the focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting oneself, and getting results through high control tactics.

Leadership Circle Profile is the only competency based 360° profile that measures two primary leadership domains—Creative leadership competencies and Reactive tendencies. It then integrates the information so that the key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface.
